At the start of the year the Board Of Trustees gave each and everyone of the Kauri Syndicate an "Apple Macbook laptop". Above is a photo of the type of laptop we got! The effect on the kids has been huge because mostly everyone is taking them home and playing on them! Reading is much easier because someone scan the story and activity page on to the shared folder and then we read it and do the activites. Doing the activities is easier and faster because it takes longer to write it but on the computer it is faster to type plus you are learning typing skills at the sam time! BRILLIANT!!!!
